Risk Management Trainer

Cec Daniels has maintained a national reputation as a risk management trainer. He has designed a model Office Policy and Procedure Manual, written articles for national publications, and developed several products, such as "Clauses for the Causes."

For nearly four decades, Cec has acted as a resource for the last five Real Estate Commissioners. He has worked on forms at the local and AAR levels since 1986, and is frequently invited to speak at State and National Conventions. In 1996, Cec was named Educator of the Year by the National Association of REALTORS.

He has been the Designated Broker for several corporations and has personally closed over $250 Million in sales. Clearly, Cec is a peer and uses all of his experience to help raise the bar of professionalism in our industry.
